Our Mission
We are dedicated to providing life-saving humanitarian relief and amplifying Sudanese voices silenced by conflict and neglect. SHF supports displaced Sudanese families, both within Sudan and across the diaspora, with a focus on food security, medical access, refugee support, and advocacy.
Direct Relief & Aid Kitchens
We fund and support community-run aid kitchens that feed thousands of Sudanese families daily in cities impacted by famine and displacement.
Refugee Assistance
We provide resources and emergency support for Sudanese refugees in the U.S. and abroad, helping them access food, shelter, and critical documentation.
Health and Medical Support
We help fund hospitals and community clinics in Sudan, support pharmacies in securing essential medications, and provide direct assistance to sustain lifesaving care. Our work includes helping run a nephrology clinic that provides critical treatment to patients in need of dialysis and kidney care.
Fundraising & Mutual Aid
Through grassroots fundraising campaigns, SHF has mobilized over $50,000 in just eight weeks, proving that community-driven action can deliver aid faster than bureaucratic systems.
Advocacy & Policy Engagement
SHF engages with policymakers, international organizations, and grassroots movements to push for sustained humanitarian aid, protection for refugees, and accountability for atrocities committed in Sudan.
Youth & Diaspora Mobilization
We build bridges between Sudanese youth in the diaspora and advocacy spaces, ensuring the next generation is equipped to lead and sustain the struggle for Sudan’s freedom.
